The process depends on the jurisdiction of each of the
departments where the business is being set up. However, if the
security checks have been cleared and the application fee and all
supporting documentation are present and correct, the
registration and licensing process can be completed within two to
three days.

The general requirements for business registration and licensing
include initial approval request, trade name reservation, trade
license issuance and license renewal.
